Who we are

What we collect

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to give us — typically your name, contact details, address and a description of the work. We use them to respond, quote and carry out the job. The lawful basis is legitimate interest and, once work is agreed, contract.

The enquiry form

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website host, and delivered to our email. Netlify processes the message solely to deliver it to us and to filter spam.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers.

How long we keep things

Enquiries and quotes are kept for up to two years so we can honour quoted prices and pick up where we left off. Records relating to completed work are kept for six years for tax and insurance purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where we're not required to keep it).
