Filling, sanding and priming before any colour goes near a wall. It's the unglamorous bit that decides whether a finish lasts two years or ten.

Dulux Trade as standard, Farrow & Ball, Little Greene and Edward Bulmer when the project calls for it. No watered-down contract emulsion.
Respect for your home
Floors covered, furniture protected, rooms hoovered and put back. You get your house back every evening, not a building site.

What shapes the price
Every job is quoted individually, but the quote is built from the same honest ingredients — so you know exactly what you're paying for.
- The size and condition of the surfaces — sound walls cost less than walls that need filling, lining or repair
- Preparation needed — stripping old paper, sanding gloss work or treating stains takes time and makes the difference
- The paint you choose — trade emulsion to designer brands, we'll price the options so you can decide
- Access — high ceilings, stairwells and exterior work can need towers or extra hands
Most single rooms are quoted from a quick visit; bigger projects get a detailed room-by-room breakdown.

How quickly can you start?
It varies with the diary, but typically two to four weeks from quote. Smaller jobs can sometimes slot in sooner — ask, and if a slot opens up we'll let you know.
Are you insured?
Yes — fully insured for both residential and commercial work. Documentation is available on request.
Do I need to supply the paint?
No. We supply trade-quality paint within the quote, and we're happy to work with designer brands like Farrow & Ball or Little Greene if you have a colour in mind. You can supply your own if you prefer.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. A single room, a front door, a hallway touch-up — small jobs are how a lot of our long-term customers first found us.
How do quotes work?
The visit is free and takes about 20 minutes. You get a written, itemised quote within one working day, valid for 30 days, with no pressure and no follow-up pestering.
